Pumpkin drinks in various cups

Fall is here! Though it may not necessarily get too cold here in Hollywood, FL, you can still enjoy the fall through some fun drinks! In this week’s The Club at Emerald Waters Blog, we’ve got a few recipes that we’d like to share with you! These drinks may not all be hot drinks, but they’re going to be great drinks that are perfect for the fall!

Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling

  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup hot espresso or strong brewed coffee

  • Sweetened whipped cream, for serving

It’s fall, so it’s the perfect time to sip on a cup of pumpkin spice latte! Try out this recipe instead of going out to a coffee shop and spending a ton of money!

Pumpkin Pie Shake

  • 2 cups vanilla reduced-fat ice cream (such as Healthy Choice) softened 

  • 1 cup fat-free milk 

  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 

  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice 

  • 3 tablespoons frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Pumpkin pie is great. Pumpkin pie in a shake is even better, especially here in Florida! Luckily, it doesn’t take many ingredients, so try it out today!

Hot Pumpkin Nog

  • 1 1/2 cups Silk Vanilla Soy Milk

  • 1 large egg + 1 yolk

  • 3 tbs sugar

  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree canned is fine

  • fresh grated nutmeg

If you like eggnog, don’t miss out on this recipe! This recipe combines the delicious flavors of pumpkin with the creamy nature of eggnog. Try it out!
