It is the policy of The Club at Emerald Waters that any aggressive canine breed not be admitted in to our communities, unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Use this as a reference when qualifying residents.

Note: The first two breeds on this list account for 60% of fatal dog attacks.
