If during office hours, we may be able to assist with opening the door by a lease holder coming to office with ID. If after hours, the lease holder would need to call a locksmith.

Yes, $100,000 of liability is required. If a personal insurance is not provdied, we add the forced plan, cost of $15/month, which only covers the liability amount.

Per the lease terms, early termination is equivalent to 2 month of base rent

We set up during move in for a $20 charge, and utilities are paid with the monthly rent.

From South: Turnpike north to Hollywood Blvd. Make a right on . Make a Right onto Hollywood Blvd. Turn left onto 56th ave and a left onto the property as you approach. From West: Head east on FL-822/Sheridan St. Turn left onto 56th ave and a left onto the property as you approach. From East: Head west on FL-848/Stirling Rd. Turn left onto 56th ave and turn right onto the property as you approach.
